Join us every THURSDAY 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM at Boca Hawaii for your weekly dose of circuit training. Here are SEPTEMBER 2019 class details:
Learn self-myofascial release techniques through the use of the foam roller. Using foam roller as part of your training program will improve your flexibility, function, performance, and reduce injuries. It is similar to giving yourself a massage using your own body weight to roll around on the foam roller. Some of the benefits of foam-rolling include:
- Improve joint range of motion
- Reduce muscle tightness and soreness
- Maintains normal functional muscular length
We will end off this class with some simple stretches to maintain muscle and joint fluidity.
4. MISCELLANEOUS LOCATIONS:
ALAPAI AND BERETANIA – Boot Camp Circuit workout! We use the grassy park area adjacent to the main Honolulu Police Station located on Beretania. Free parking is available in the under ground parking structure off of Alapai or off of Alapai and Beretania (2 entrances into the parking structure).
The above photo shows the Alapai entrance into the parking structure. Once you park, exit the parking structure on foot and cross Alapai at the cross walk. Walk up the cement stairs and meet us at the top of the grassy park. If you need more location information, give us a call!
