Today in @24cycle class, I was asked from @basqueinhi about his protein intake requirements.

AH! If I had a dollar for every time I’m asked that!

Protein – the most common under eaten macronutrient!

So, just how much do you need? Well, if you’ve got goals, there is a method to it; but, it’s pretty easy to remember. The hard part – eating those protein grams!
